LEMON GREEN BEANS

1 lb fresh green beans
3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Remove ends from green beans, and snap into 1-inch pieces. Rinse the 
Beans well. Add beans to 2 quarts of boiling, salted water in pan. 
Simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Toss 
Beans with lemon juice and bacon. Serve while warm.
