Per my Taste of Home Cookbook, 1 package or envelope of dry active yeast is
equal

My girlfriend gave me a vacuum packed (huge) package of yeast from
Costco. I am making an Easter bread that calls for 3 envelopes of yeast.
Does anyone know how much yeast are in those little envelopes of yeast
that you get in the super market?
