BEER BISCUITS
       

      4 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix (like Bisquick)
      3/4 c. sugar
      1 (12 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) beer

      Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour two 12-cup muffin pans. Mix 
together the biscuit mix, sugar and beer. Stir. The mixture should be slightly 
lumpy. Spoon into cups, about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 
minutes or until tops are puffed and light brown. Yield: 24 to 36 muffins.
