Hamburger Hotdish 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup onions, chopped 1/4 cup catsup 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can refrigerated biscuits 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet, brown hamburger, onions, and garlic. Drain. Stir in cheese, soup, and catsup. Pour hamburger mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place biscuits around the edge of the baking dish.
