STRAWBERRY GOOP
1 big angel food cake
1 sm. pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding
1 c. milk (skim may be used)
2 c. ice cream or fat free yogurt
1 sm. pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
16 oz. strawberries, fresh, frozen, whole, etc.
1. Mix the milk and pudding, it will be thick.
2. Add 2 cups of ice cream to the pudding-milk mixture.
3. Break up the angel food cake.
4. Spread the mixture on top of the broken-up angel food cake; mix well.
5. Heat 1 cup of water until it's boiling.
6. Dissolve the Jello in the water.
7. Add the strawberries to the Jello mixture.
8. Pour the strawberry/Jello mixture over the cake.
9. Enjoy.
