George Foreman Classica Bruschetta

1 loaf Italian rustic or Ciabatta bread
1 clove garlic, peeled
3 Tbs. extra virgin Olive oil

Brush or wipe your GFG with cooking
oil and preheat. Please do not use an
aerosol spray. Your grill will last longer,
and will thank-you for it. It will also help
the environment.

Slice the bread diagonally into pieces 1/2 inch thick. Rub the
garlic clove over each slice. Brush each slice with the Olive oil.

Place bruschetta in the grill and close the lid. Grill for 2-3
minutes until toasty.
