I find it where they have the powdered regular milk. It comes in a small
can, but it is nice to have on hand.

Where can you buy a powdered butter milk? This could be helpful for me,
since I don't drink buttermilk but some times need it only for baking

You are correct for both.
There is a powdered buttermilk that you can buy and then you mix water
with it.

1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Put ingredients into mixing bowl in order given. Beat until well
blended
and bake
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pan size 8 x 8 inches. Enjoy.
