Slow Cooker Cheesy Spinach 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained 2 cups small curd cottage cheese 1 1/2 cups cubed process American cheese 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
