Hi friends. I was wondering if any-one has any recipes please for making curry from scratch? I understand from Helen that in Canada they're not so well known but wasn't sure if you have a lot of them in the states. I know some people here like really hot ones but I enjoy mild to medium best like corma and tika masala but any recipes would be much appreciated.
