Hi Penny well your email was very strict however hi do wanna say it's nice to 
meet you and I have a nice person and how I can start a subject is basically 
either either reply to the to the header of a email or start a whole new email 
and at the top say something like ... I don't know manners which will be the 
subject or cooking or something like that so that's the way my email work.
