oo no! I wouldn't eat that! I've seen it in a square box folded in fourths, from think it's Pillsbury. It's all rolled out and you just put it into a pie plate and make sure the seams are joined together with your fingers as the dough is plyable.
I don't really like it because it seems too thick and bakes tough.
Those frozen ones the Pie ritz or pet ritz whichever they ar called are thinner and bake with a flakey crust almost as if you did it from scratch..

I just found a roll out pastry that comes in a box. The box looks a lot like noodles that come in a flat box. It has not been refrigerate3d for several weeks because I thought it didn't come home from the grocery store. My husband thought it was a box of angel hair pasta or something of that sort. Any one know if it is still usuable?
