Hello Friends,
I have been using my Pen Friend labeller since the beginning of this
year and have recently run into a problem, which has not yet been
solved, but I want to warn you about it.
My Pen Friend data base seems to have become corrupted and it will
no longer read or record the labels. The second and third functions
appear to be fine, so it is not the batteries.
On my behalf, a friend who is techy savvy has been in touch with the
technical assistance at the RNIB in Britain, but the problem has not
yet been determined.
My warning to you is to back-up your data on your computer, which I
did not do, but will in future, as all the recordings may be lost.
Also, has anyone else had any problem of similar nature? I will let
you know the results in due course.
