Hi, happy Canada day. And since it's Canada day, I thought I'd send this recipe
in. I don't remember where I got it from. It might have been this list.

1. Combine crumbs, pecans, coconut, chocolate and butter in bowl.

2. Press evenly over bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Maple-Cream Layer:

1. Beat confectioners' sugar, butter and maple syrup in bowl until smooth and
creamy.

2. Spread evenly over graham layer.

3. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

Topping:

1. Melt semisweet chocolate in cream in saucepan over low heat.

2. Cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes.

3. Pour evenly over maple layer.

4. Refrigerate until firm, for about 3 hours.

5. Melt white chocolate in small saucepan over low heat.

6. Cool slightly.

7. Pour into paper cone; drizzle over Chocolate Topping.

8. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.

9. Cut into 24 two-inch squares; cut each square in half for 48 bars.

10. Freeze or refrigerate.
