HOT CHICKEN SALAD

 

2-3 cups cooked chicken, chopped        1 cup celery, minced

1 small bell pepper, minced                   1 tbsp. minced onion

½ cup red pimento, diced                      1 cup grated cheese

1 cup mayonnaise                                 2 tbsp. lemon juice 

1 pkg. potato chips, crushed    1 can cream of chicken soup

 

Mix all ingredients, saving a small amount of potato chips and cheese to 
crumble on top.  Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

HOT CHICKEN SALAD

10 oz. can cream of chicken soup 2 tsp. onion, diced

½ cup slivered almonds                         ¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper                                      1 tbsp. lemon juice

¾ cup mayonnaise                                 

3 hard boiled eggs, cut into large pieces         

 

Mix all ingredients except eggs.  Fold in eggs last. Put into greased baking 
dish.  Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
