Chili Dog Casserole

2 (15-ounce) cans chili with or without beans
1 pound hot dogs
10 ( 8-inch ) flour tortillas
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread 1 can of chili over bottom of 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Roll tortillas 
around hot dogs and place on top of chili, seam side down. Spoon remaining can 
of chili over top of filled tortillas. Sprinkle cheese over all. Cover tightly 
with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve.
