Jalapeno Cocktail Pie 2 Or 3 Jalapeno peppers -- seeded & chopped 1 pound SHARP Cheddar Cheese -- shred 6 Eggs -- beaten Garnish with black olives Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9" pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool and cut into 1" squares, top with an olive.
