SPECIAL K BARS
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
6 c. Special K or corn flakes or Rice Krispies
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
Bring Karo syrup, brown sugar and vanilla to boil. Remove from heat and add 
peanut
butter. Pour mixture over cereal; mix well. Press into 9"x13" cake pan or jelly 
roll
pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over hot water or in microwave 
oven.
Spread over cereal mixture. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Cut into bite 
size
pieces.  Enjoy.
