BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

1/2 c. Puritan oil

3 eggs

2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix together all ingredients except 
blueberries.

Blend until smooth, then fold in blueberries. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or 
until

done.

 

Glaze 

 

Mix 1 cup of confectioners sugar and enough lemon juice to make a thin glaze. 
Mix and pore over cake while

hot.  Enjoy.
