Ingredients 2 1/2 lb. Chicken, cut up
1/4 c. lime juice
2 1/2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chili powder
Pinch of red pepper
1 lg. clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. basil
Directions 1.Arrange Chicken skin side down in shallow baking dish.
2.Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
3.Pour over Chicken. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
4.Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 30 minutes.
5.Turn and bake 30 more minutes, basting.
6.Broil until brown.
7.Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
