PEACH CRISP

3 c. fresh ripe peaches, sliced

3 tbsp. flour

1/2 c. sugar

Place in 9 x 9 baking dish. Dot with butter.

Top with crust:

1 c. flour

1 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients. Mix oil and egg. Combine two mixture, mix lightly.

Spread over fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until crust is crunchy

not moist. Serve hot or cold.  Enjoy.
