Hi, I haven't a clue. I think I might have gotten this recipe from this list but don't quote me on it. Anyway, I've never tried it. I'll see if I can find out.

Cauliflower With Cheese

1 large cauliflower

4 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

1 1/2 cups milk

1 egg yolk, beaten

1/2 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon salt

2 small rusks

Method

1. Wash the cauliflower.

2. Tie it tightly in a cheesecloth bag and cook until tender in boiling salted water.

3. Drain and put in a baking dish.

4. Melt the butter, stir in the flour and blend well.

5. Stir in the milk slowly, and when the sauce begins to thicken, stir in the egg yolk, sugar, cheese and salt.

6. Cook and stir a few minutes longer to let the sauce get quite thick, then remove

from the heat.

7. Let it rest a few minutes.

8. Crush the rusks.

9. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle the top with the crushed rusk crumbs.

10. Place in a preheated 400 degree oven 15 minutes to brown.
