One of the best things about smoothies is you don't need a recipe.
Just put fruite and juice and/or yogurt and/or milk in a blender and blend
until smooth. It's a great way to use fruit that is getting a little too
ripe.
Also, when bananas are too ripe, freeze them after you peel them and use
them in your smoothie.
Just have fun mixing up what you like.
