A FEW VEGETABLE DIP RECIPES 

VEGETABLE DILL DIP
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 tsp. minced onion
dash garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Ready to eat immediately, but tastes 
best
after setting about an hour to let spices mingle.  


RANCH DIP FOR VEGETABLES
1 (24 oz.) carton 1% cottage cheese
8 tbsp. lite sour cream
1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
Raw vegetables: celery sticks, carrot sticks, green pepper, etc. for dipping
Use food processor and cream entire carton of cottage cheese until it becomes 
very
smooth and creamy. Blend and cream for about 5 minutes or longer. Add lite sour 
cream.
Blend until well mixed. Add dry ranch dressing mix and blend.
Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or use on baked potato. Also good with 
pretzels.

HONEY CURRY VEGETABLE DIP
2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. hot curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Carrots
Celery
Cucumbers
Blend all ingredients well and refrigerate. Add curry to taste - be wary that 
curry
will strengthen over time. Slice vegetables for use with dip.

SOUR CREAM DIP
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 onion, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
fresh parsley, minced
Combine ingredients. A blender may be used, but for extra texture, grate in some
onions. If desired, a portion of the onions may be browned in butter for extra 
color
and flavor.
Serve with raw or steamed vegetables or chips; carrot sticks, celery sticks, 
lightly
steamed broccoli or cauliflower, bread sticks or tortilla wedges.


GARLIC AND ONION VEGETABLE DIP
2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chilli sauce
1 tablespoon curry powder (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Blend all but mayo add last. Chill before serving.  Enjoy.
