Crock Pot Chili #1
1 pound lean ground beef 1/3 cup onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1/2 can water 1 can chili beans 1/2 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated 1 pint sour cream 1 stalk green onion, diced Method 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. 2. Drain. 3. In a crock pot combine the ground beef, 1/3-cup onion, tomato soup, water, and seasonings. 4. Mix well. 5. Let simmer for 3 to 4 hours in crock pot. 6.
