Easy chili
Makes 10 to 12 servings 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. chili powder 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 28 oz. can tomato sauce 3 16 oz. cans kidney beans, drained 14 1/2 oz. can crushed or stewed tomatoes 6 oz. can tomato paste 2 cups of graded cheddar cheese Method 1. Brown meat in skillet. 2. Add onion and green pepper halfway through browning process. 3. Drain. 4. Pour into slow cooker. 5. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. 6. Cover. 7. Cook on high 3 hours, or low 7 to 8 hours. 8. Serve in bowls topped with cheddar cheese. Note: 1.
