Hi,
you can play around with it and improvise. I use tomato paste, fresh cubed
tomatos, Onion, garlic, salt, pepper, a little bit of paprica. Put
everything in a pan with a little bit of oil, not much, and simmer for about
15 minutes. Then spread it all over the pizza, add chese and toppings, and
pop into the oven.
