RED AND WHITE GRAPE SALAD
2 lbs. seedless red grapes and 2 lbs. seedless white grapes 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup granulated sugar ¾ cup brown sugar ½ cup chopped pecans Taste test the grapes at the store to make sure that they are firm, sweet and tasty. Wash the grapes. Pat dry. Place the grapes in a large bowl. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Gently mix half of the mixture with the grapes. Place the grape, sour cream, cream cheese mixture in a pretty glass bowl. Spread the rest of the mixture on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.
