Hi, Amanda, I have had this salad, made by different individuals, on several occasions. It is indeed very good. The first time I had it was at a baby shower for my daughters' friend with whom they used to work. Then I had it at church and another party. It is different, but that is one reason it is so good--variety is indeed the spice of life!
