Oven Omelet

 

Ingredients:

 

1 dozen eggs, beaten

2 green peppers, sliced

1 can stewed tomatoes, diced

1 pound velveta cheese, diced

1 pound cooked ham, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2 pint sour cream

1/2 stick butter or margarine

 

Directions:

 

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Combine all ingredients and bake in a 3 quart casserole dish for 1 hour or 
until 

eggs are set.

3. Yield  6 to 8 servings.
