Pumpkin Pie 4 eggs slightly beaten 29 ounce can pumpkin 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. clove 2 cans Evaporated milk 2 pie crust unbaked Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust Bake at 425 for 15 minutes 350 for 40 to 50 minutes Pie is done when you can insert a knife and it comes out clean.
