Hi, Claudia, How long did you bake these, and, do you know if your oven temperature is accurate? I've made a similar recipe with no problems; the top layer is a custard, and should feel slightly firm around the edges when you take the bars from the oven. If they still feel liquidy, they're not done. Hope this helps.
