Hi all, Although it may take longer, it's better if you don't crowd your frying pan. If you have only a few pieces of chicken, it's easier to keep track of what you have turned. Start near the handle and work your way around clockwise from there, or if it is a square electric skillet, go from corner to corner. Hope this helps.
