Bisquick Impossible Pumpkin Pie (Makes its own crust)

Ingredients:

3/4 cup       sugar

1/2 cup       Bisquick® baking mix

2 tbsp.  butter or margarine

1 can     (13 oz.) evaporated milk

2            eggs

1 can     (16 oz.) pumpkin

2-1/2 tsp.    pumpkin pie spice

2 tsp.    vanilla

Directions:

       Heat oven to 350º F (175º C).  Grease 9x1-1/4

or 10x1-1/2" pie plat.  Beat all ingredients until smooth one minutes

in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater.  Pour into plate.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 - 55 minutes.  Enjoy.
