LEFSAE
3 c. mashed potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
Rice potatoes and then mash them. Add the melted butter and mash again. Cool. 
Add
the flour which has been mixed with the baking powder. Work this into the 
potatoes.
Roll thin and bake on lefsae griddle. Use a small amount of dough to roll.
