Peanut Butter Cookies Using a Cake Mix
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow or white cake mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients well by hand. Drop by teaspoon 1 inch apart on an
ungreased
cookie sheet. Crisscross with a fork dipped in water. Bake for 12 to 15
minutes at
350 degrees F. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
