Sweet Pumpkin Dip

1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1. In a large bowl, with an electric beater, beat the pumpkin and cream cheese 
until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, beating until well combined.
2. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
GO-ALONGS: Serve with graham crackers, and sliced apples and pears.
Makes about 4 cups.
