Quick And Easy Meatloaf

 

1       10 3/4 ounce can  cream of mushroom soup, condensed

2             pounds  ground beef

1            package  onion soup mix

1/2           cup  dry bread crumbs

1                     egg -- beaten

1/4           cup  water

 

Method

 

1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 1/2 cup of the mushroom soup, beef, onion 
soup mix, bread crumbs and egg.

2. In a 12x8 baking pan, firmly shape meat mixture into an 8x4 loaf.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/4 hours, or until done. 

4. Spoon off 2 tablespoons drippings; reserve.

5. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat remaining soup, water and reserved 
drippings to boiling, stirring occasionally. 

6. Thin sauce with additional water to desired consistency. 

7. Spoon over meatloaf.
