Beef Burgunion

 

2 pounds beef cubes

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 package dry onion soup mix

1/2 cup burgundy wine

1 pound noodles cooked

 

Method

 

1. Place beef cubes, "You don't need to brown them", soups, and wine in 

4-quart casserole. 

2. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours stirring once every 20 minutes or 
so. 

3. When casserole is done serve over cooked noodles or you may substitute rice. 

4. Serves 6 to 8.
