This is what I found on the net about it, long but has lots of information
and a couple of recipes. I had to clean it up allot, because of pictures
and other ads among it. Sorry if I left something in there. I tried! grin

The Ninja Master Prep...My Favorite Kitchen Appliance
This little beauty does everything; it is a food processor, blender and ice
crusher (it really turns the ice into snow)! I have even used it as a mixer
for baking! Here are just a few of my favorite things that I have made with
the Ninja Master Prep; hummus, smoothies, frozen drinks, salad, salsa and
chocolate mousse.
Note: Because of the ease of use, the quickness of results, and the
easy clean up, the Ninja Master Prep has made me much more motivated to get
in the kitchen and make some tasty dishes and drinks!
Flourless Brownie Recipe
Note: I did not create this recipe, but it is one of my favorites to make.
The recipe can be found on the Wholefoods website and here is a link to the

No one will ever guess the secret ingredient in this recipe: black beans!
Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
3 large eggs
1/3 cup melted butter, more for the baking dish
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cane sugar
1/2 cup gluten-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts (Optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter an 8-inch baking pan. Place the black beans, eggs, melted butter,
cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract and sugar in the bowl of a food
processor and blend until smooth. Remove the blade and gently stir in the
chocolate chips and walnuts. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan. Bake the
brownies for 30 to 35 minutes, or until just set in the center. Cool before

Watch The Ninja Master Prep Infomercial See firsthand why the Ninja Master
Prep is so amazing!
As I said before this amazing device is a food processor and blender combine
in one. Here are the specs for the Ninja Master Prep
1. It comes with 2 pieces; a 48oz blender and 2 cup food processor, however
you can use the blender as a food processor as well (I make hummus all of
the time in the 48oz blender.
2. A 400 Watt motor that sits on top and is interchangeable with both of the
units. The motor has has one touch pulsing, which allows you to get your
creation to the perfect consistency each time.
3. Each unit has a double layer of blades to eliminate uneven chunks. Most
food processors and blenders have only one layer and result in some pieces
being left untouched and some being too mushy.
4. Two storage lids one for the 48oz unit and one for the 2 cup unit. This
allows you to save any leftovers right in the unit that you made it in.
5. Instruction Manual and Recipe Book
6. Dishwasher Safe
The Ninja Master Prep Pulsing Technique
Using the one touch, pulse control is key to getting your desired outcome.
Press only a few times if your are chopping and mincing. Press down and hold
to blend liquids and puree food.
Ninja Master Prep - Mincing Garlic Watch me mince garlic with my Ninja
Master Prep in seconds!
I love cooking with garlic but can't stand how long it takes to chop or the
smell of it lingering on my fingers after. One of the many amazing features
of the Ninja Master Prep is its superior mincing capability. In this video
you will see me (yes it really is my video) using my Ninja Master Prepwith
the 2 cup food processor unit to mince garlic. Watch the video to see how I
chopped my garlic up in just a few presses.
Note: If I had wanted to make the garlic even finer, I could have did it in
about two more presses.

Use The Ninja Master Prep To Make Hummus Here is a list of ingredients that
I use to make sun-dried tomato hummus!
Hummus is a very popular middle-eastern food. It is a protein rich,
vegetarian side that is very comparable to a dip. Best of all it tastes
great, is good for you, and with the Ninja Master Prep it is super easy to
make! Hummus is commonly served with pita bread, but it also goes great with
chips, rice cakes, crackers, and it is a wonderful addition to sandwiches
and wraps! There are many variations to the flavor of hummus from original,
garlic, roasted red pepper...the list goes on in on. One of my favorites is
Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus. My Ninja Master Prep makes making hummus so simple,
and gets it to the perfect consistency every time.
Here is a list of the ingredients that I use to make my hummus:
1. Start with a 15.5oz can of garbanzo beans (also known as chickpeas)
2. 3 TBSP tahini (tahini is sesame seed paste. If you can't find it in your
local grocery store, check out a natural food store)
3. 1 TBSP olive oil
4. 2 Cloves garlic
5. 1/2 of the juice from the can of chickpeas
6. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (add a little more if you want a stronger
flavor)
7.. 1/2 tsp sea salt
8. Ground black pepper to taste
9.1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional) I like to add a little kick to my hummus
so I add that!
Combine all ingredients in the Ninja Master Prep 48oz blender unit and pulse
until a creamy consistency. If it is too thick simply add a little water to
get it to your desired consistency.

Easily Make Smoothies With The Ninja Master Prep
One of my favorite things to do with the Ninja Master Prep is make fruit
smoothies! It is a delicious treat and it also helps me get in my daily
requirement of fruit!
Here Is A List Of The Ingredients That I Used To Make My Berry Smoothie:
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 pint of frozen blueberries
4 cups 100% all natural Cranberry Juice (the amount of juice you use is
really a matter of preference. It all depends on how you would like the
consistency of your smoothie)
1/2 cup organic yogurt. Usually I use plain or vanilla.
3 TBS ground flaxseed (optional) Flaxseed is very good for you and adding it
to things like smoothies is a great way to get it in your diet.
Here Is Alternative Suggestion For Your Smoothie
For a creamier flavor you can substitute the juice with milk. If you would
like it to have the nice creamy flavor of milk but would prefer it to be
non-dairy, vanilla almond milk or vanilla soy milk make great choices!

has one level of blades and often you are left with food that is an uneven
consistency. Because of the Ninja Master Prep's double level blades it is
designed to mix, chop, mince, crush ice, ect all evenly, leaving you with
the perfect consistency every time!

Barb, some time ago, I checked out a running shopping club program on the
Ninja, and believe me, after seeing what this little machine can do, you
know I want one.
From what I observed, the Ninja can do just about anything. Besides being
a
blender, it has a juicer attachment (or this might be an accessory that
you have to purchase separately), a dough hook for kneading bread dough,
an attachment for mixing (therefore you wouldn't need a hand mixer), and
of course it chops, grates, slices, and crushes ice.
Count yourself lucky to have one of these marvels.
If you don't scan the book that came with the Ninja, see if you can get
someone to read what you would like from the book.
Meanwhile, if I ever am able to purchase this machine, I will scan the
book (and hopefully there won't be too many pictures in it); but whatever
is scanable, I will grab and E-mail it to you as an attached file.
That's the best I can do to be of help to you.
But meanwhile, enjoy your ninja.

Hi All,
I recently purchased a minja because I wanted to make smoothies. Now I
need some recipes. There is a book that came with it but I can't read it.
Also, I understand that it is useful for lots of other things. If anyone
has recipes and tips for using this little gadget, please share with me.
