Mushroom AuGratin 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup sour cream 1 T flour 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sauté mushrooms in butter. Place in baking dish. Mix sour cream, flour and cheese. Pour over mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
