Please repost Penney's recipe, I must have missed it. I have a Dutch
son-in-law and I'd like to try it on him.

I tried Penney's recipe and it's definitely a keeper. I'll be making that
again. The pancake was so puffy, it was curling up on its edges and came
out of the pan with no trouble at all. I had a small box of berries and
some creamed cheese and some cinnamon sugar and put that inside the
pancake as it folded over and then I broke it off in pieces, was no need
to use a knife. Thanks much for that recipe!
