Judging by the measurements in this recipe, this is meant to be used a few 
times.  Therefore, I myself would probably use the powder stuff.

The creamer in this recipe, would it be liquid creamer or the powdered 
creamer, such as Coffee Mate? Any ideas?
 Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer

4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice (optional)
1 cup non-dairy creamer

Combine well.
