EASY YUMMY COFFEE CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
3 beaten eggs
1 can apple pie filling, or your favorite
CRUMB TOPPING:
1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Cake: Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured pan.
Mix crumb topping ingredients, cutting in well with pastry blender.
Crumble over batter. Bake at 325 degrees about 45 minutes. Enjoy.
