Hi Carla Jo,
Sorry it took me so long to reply. I have cookie sheets called Air Bake
and they are perfect. Light weight but they don't slip and slide. I received
them as a gift last Christmas. I believe they can be purchased from BBB Bed
Bath and Beyond I think they're web address is Beyond.com Hope that's right.
If I'm wrong feel free to correct me. The hot air flows through a double
sheet. and the bottom part of the sheet, the part that rests on the rack has
holes for the hot air to flow evenly to the bottom of the cookies or
whatever your using it for. It causes the baking item to bake evenly and the
inside of the item to be moist. Don't ask me how! It just does. I really
like them a lot. My set has three different sizes small and wide, fairly
square and medium and long, more rectangular. One of the ends is also
slanted up for safe handling in the hot oven. You can get your gloved hand
on the edge without having to hunt very long.
Hope this helps. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
Happy baking and cooking,
p.s. I just used them last night to bake an assortment of chocolate chip
cookies, chocolate macadamias and oat meal with raisins.
Micelle
