Peanut Butter Fudge With Mini Marshmallows

 

1 c. light brown sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 c. milk

1 c. miniature marshmallows

1/2 c. peanut butter

1- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

 

Method

 

1. In a saucepan, combine sugars, salt and milk. 

2. Cook until temperature reaches 240 degrees on a candy thermometer. 

3. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. 

4. Beat with a wooden spoon several minutes until thick and creamy 

and gloss disappears. 

5. Spread in a buttered 8" square pan. 

6. Cut into pieces. 

7. Makes about 48 pieces.
