I make this every Xmas. I put green and/or red maraschino cherries on them.
Whipped Shortbread [1/2 cup, corn starch [1/2 cup, icing sugar [1 cup, All Purpose Flour [3/4 cup, butter, softened Cream butter. Add icing sugar and cornstarch a little at a time. Add flour gradually and beat until it resembles whipped cream. Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 12 to 20 minutes, or until light brown on the bottom. (Golden, but not brown on top). Delicious, melts in your mouth.
