This is the recipe my sister uses. I think it is very similar to the one I just posted.
Whipped Shortbread 1 pound Soft Butter 1/2 cup Cornstarch 1 cup Sifted icing sugar 3 cups Flour 1 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla or almond flavouring Cream butter. Add icing sugar and cornstarch a little at a time. Add flour gradually and beat until it resembles whipped cream. Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
