Liquid measurements are to be made in glass beakers. Dry measurements are made in plastic or metal spoons or cups. There are some tables showing what different dry measurements compare to each other. There is another table giving comparisons between various liquid measurements. To access this information go to http://www.goodcooking.com/conversions/liq_dry.htm The reason I bring this subject up is that I do not know of any venders who carry liquid beakers which are tactically marked. Blind Mice Mart carries the beakers, but they are not tactically marked. Do any of you know where a person can buy a set of liquid beakers for measuring liquids expressed in ounces, etc? I have attempted to mark beakers with puffy paint but this is less than desirable. Ounces of liquid are not comparable to the dry measures of 1/2 cup for 4 ounces, etc. I hope in this vast audience someone may know of a vender who sells tactile marked increments on the glass beakers or can suggest a way to make sharp, clear marking on the increments of measure. Your answers will be appreciated. Gary Patterson
