Eggnog Custard Pie

Ingredients

  a.. 4 eggs

  b.. 1/3 C sugar

  c.. 1 teaspoon rum extract

  d.. 1/2 t pure vanilla extract

  e.. 1/4 t salt

  f.. 3 C eggnog

  g.. Grated nutmeg

  h.. 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1.. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2.. Beat eggs, sugar, run extract, vanilla extract and salt

  3.. Add eggnog and pour into pie crust.

  4.. Sprinkle liberally with nutmeg.

  5.. Bake until a knife comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.

  6.. Cool, then refrigerate before serving.



Egg Nog Pie

Ingredients

1 - 9 inch graham cracker crust

1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding

2 cups egg nog

1 small pkg Dream Whip

2 teaspoon brandy extract

2 bananas

How to make Egg Nog Pie

Combine pudding, egg nog, Dream Whip and extract. Whip 5 minutes with

electric beater,

until peaks are formed.

Slice bananas into crust, pour filling over bananas. Chill several hours

before serving.

Put Cool Whip over top of pie. Good to serve for the holidays.

1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

1 (9 inch) pastry shell, baked

1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute. In a

saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. stir in eggnog until smooth.

Bring

to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in gelatin

until dissolved. Remove from the heat; cool to room temperature. Stir in

extracts;

fold in whipped cream. Pour into pastry shell. Refrigerate until firm.

1 cup cold milk

1 (6 ounce) HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust

1/2 cup PLANTERS Chopped Pecans, toasted

1 cup cold eggnog

2 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

1. Microwave caramels and 1 Tbsp. of the milk in microwaveable bowl on

MEDIUM (50%) 30 sec. or until caramels are completely melted when stirred.

Pour into

crust; sprinkle with pecans.

2. Beat remaining milk, the eggnog and dry pudding mixes wire whisk 2 min.

or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Spoon 1-1/2 cups of the

pudding

over pecans in crust.

3. Stir half of the whipped topping into remaining pudding. Spread over

pudding layer in crust; top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate at

least

3 hours before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
