Yesterday I received an electric skillet from KMart as a Christmas present. It's 12-by-12 I think, and it has a built-in temperature control thing in the dial. It clicks when I turn it on, but I don't have a way to figure out temperatures. How do you all do this? Will glue dots do it? Do you use labels in Braille? Need suggestions. I want to experiment with cooking more, especially once I get the table of all the temps for different foods in an accessible format.
